trouble renting apartment in Budapest

Hi there, I am trying to rent a 63sq mt apartment in Budapest and I am currently using property management company called Tower property. They are charging me a fee even when not renting it. Is this usuall practice?Does anyone now anything about this company? Can you recommend any other reliable property management companies.getting deperate, Micheal

Just had a quick look at photos of your apt. I think the main reason why it hasn't rented is that the furnishing is not going to make it stand out. There are so many apartments for rent in this city which all look the same and many owners who skimped on furniture are having problems finding tenants.

Foreign tenants have come to expect a high standard of furnishing in Budapest and unfortunately, I don't know anyone who would pay €350 per month for a one bed flat in this location with this level of furnishing.
