I am looking at getting a usb pen and they seem way cheaper in the states. Anyone know of a site that ships to Ireland

Here's an Irish-based supplier who are carrying a line of pen drives. 64MB for €18, 128MB for €25, and 256MB for €38. All USB 2.0 (and USB 1.0) compatible.

They also have a USB pen drive/MP3 player combo (128MB) for €52.

It's the usual story with these Irish online computer component suppliers. You find the item you want at a really good price but then they add €10 for delivery so it's not cheap any more. I'm sure it's fine if you're buying big stuff but it not much good if you want to buy a 128MB pen drive for €25 and then it turn out to be €35 when you add delivery.
Maplin electronics have 128MB pen drives for €29.99. They have a good selection of higher MB ones too.
