Key Post Standard Variable Rates for all lenders

This is a table of the Standard Variable Rates. No lender is offering new borrowers Standard Variable Rates any more. However, many existing customers are paying these rates and are not allowed to move to the lower Loan to Value rates offered to new customers.

ptsb at it again - sneaking through a small increase to gauge the reaction, guarantee there will be a larger raise before the end of the year, going from 4.34 to 4.5 SVR

can we please get a similar thread or adjoining thread for the Fixed rates also ?
