using. I haven't sees service interruptions such as this anywhere
on the web. EVER. For the past 2 years Ive been using your website
and it must be down more then its up. Theres no point in ringing
customer service where all you get is "well I can see it so it must be
on your side". Ive tried IE6 and mozilla 1.04 and Im not behind a
proxy, I can get into Vodafone live but try and access my mail and I
get service not available in a popup. Btw, Im not using any popup
blockers, virus scanners, adaware/spyware tools, firewalls or peer
guardian services that may be blocking it. Im not blocking javascript
at all, let alone from your site and I can accept cookies. A
colleague just tried to access his mail and he gets the same problem.
I rang a friend on the other side of dublin city whom I know is behind
a proxy and he gets the exact same problem. These 2 tests I always try
before calling or mailing you so I know for a fact that its your
service.
You really should have put up a banner ad on your front page to say
"Sorry, we know our service is disgraceful and youd be better off
using An post to get mail but thanks for your money anyway. Enjoy the
service". And popups to view mail? Did you employ 15 year old
developers who used MS word to build the site?
So if youre going to ring me about this mail (which I don't think you
will because you didn't any other time I rang or mailed you) youd
better get someone who knows what theyre talking about or they'll just
end up getting embarrassed trying to fluff their way out of putting me
on to your 13 year old technical guy whom I know doesnt take calls(
which Im not surprised at, as hes probably busy fixing your
permanently broken web service).
I cant get over how pissed off your web service makes me but as I
always say when I mail your team, I hope you get a laugh out of this
mail because thats all your mail service is.
This must be the 3-4th time in the last year Ive mailed you about your
service, I never get a reply and I don't expect one this time. But if
you do, make sure you mail my Vodafone mail account, but you know
what, don't expect a timely response, because I cant access it to read
it.
