Solictitors Letter from the ESB after switching provider

We recently switched to Bord Gais from the ESB, and received our final ESB bill a fortnight ago, and paid it at the wekend.
Then yesterday I received a solicitors letter from some solicitor in Dublin, stating they will take legal action on behalf of ESB to recoup the total amount of the final bill.


Not exactly the way to go to win back customers:),
Safe to say I will never switch back to ESB

Did anyone else get this after switching?
