Hi our house is nearly ready for snag bed 112 square foot. I have gotten a price of 330 euro plus vat. Would this be the going rate??

Would anyone be able to recommend a good snag company?

Have you tried doing a search for "snag list" using the Askaboutmoney Search facility? There are several threads about snag lists already.
 
Yes i paid close to that for a 3 bed in dublin 15. Money well spent as it took the stress out of the whole thing and he spotted things i never would have ie crack in bathroom sink.

I call them and they were very processional and offered the best price and the price of 280 including vat comes with a revisit to ensure the work was completed

A few of the call I made ended up with
Phone rand and went onto hold music I waited for a few but just hung up
Prices went to as high as 484 with a second visit
Getting barked at down the phone (sales course needed)
He is busy ill get him to call you
