Loose Mortgage Intrest relief??

Ok..firstly excuse my ignorance on these matters and considering the complexity of terms and conditions sometimes one never knows. Just thought I'd ask.

Q. I am considering interest only repayments on my mortgage for 1 yr (my repayments will then be E 735 per month). Will I still retain my mortgage interest relief?

I can't give a definitive answer, but I would imagine you won't lose it as it's relief on the interest and you're paying the interest.
