Ulster bank tracker margins jump

Just looking at the ulster bank site. Am I right ins aying that the margins have jumped considerably this morning?

Yes you are right,there 3 and 5 year fixed have gone up over 1% each!!!Arrrrggghhhhh

Well trackers are gone up aswell....

The tracker rate on LTV over 80% has gone up from ECB plus 1.55% to ECB plus 2.25% ! The rate on LTV under 80% was ECB plus 1.35% - it is now ecb plus 2.05% . This means that when the new EcB rates take effect the rate will be as high as 6.5% with Ulster. They musn't want any new customers?
The press reported rises in their fixed rates just last week - but they have sneaked these rises out quietly.
