Hi everyone

I have tennants moving into my investment property and I am looking for a template tennancy agreement. I had one from the Law Society but I can't find it and they dont appear to have one anymore that I can use.

Anyone know where to get one besides a solicitor?

By registering with the Irish Property Owners Association (01 8276000) you will be able to purchase one for a nominal fee but registering costs
some thing in the region of E100 for the first year and around E75 for subsequent years.
 
There's a good lease [broken link removed] that complies with the 2004 residential tenancies act.
