Any one know when oral hearings will start going ahead.

It's more something we feel we have to do to put it to rest. Kbc's behaviour was wrong throughout and still is. Optimistic you can never tell but if we have any useful information to pass on after we will.

We too are going through the appeals process, nearly 2 years hopefully coming to an end soon. Kbc's behaviour has not changed since the beginning so no harm to have some help, we too have padraic helping us with our appeal.

Sorry can be of the no help regards cohorts, but if the bank were giving trackers back because of hardship they'd have done it long ago before the kicking and screaming and ombudsman saga's. Sounds like they're trying to paint themselves in a nice picture. Hopefully someone may be able to clear...

Yes if we are granted a hearing we will. A year and a half and still waiting. I think the best thing is probably not reply to their response and maybe the panel will move along but its difficult to do that when the banks responses are lies. Any how time will tell.

Have you decided if you are bringing anyone with you? We like yourself have been met with similar responses from the bank.

The last I heard the panel were in touch with the bank again for information, the bank have another week to reply. I dont yet know if then we will have to or not. We still have not been told if we will have an oral hearing. So on it goes.

The first time round with the ombudsman our CD wouldn't open. This time round waited a long time, first wouldn't open. Then eventually got one to open and it only had one phone conversation on it. (When there should have been 30 I'd say at a guess) Even in the log of the calls that was with all...

Yes we are waiting to hear if we will be granted an oral hearing. And yes the calls would have proved alot for us also. They are denying the calls took place.

We had similar trouble getting the audio and eventually they put forward audio with a total of one call on it!!

Aisling 1, no we haven't yet had had word if we're even going to get the oral hearing that we requested. There have been a couple of correspondence back and forth. But just waiting at this point.

We had to wait months on the audio of phone calls, they hand picked one call out of a huge amount that was it. They still are not being truthful as well as other stuff. It proves at least to me they are not taking the responsibility that they should.

Thanks, I still have to find out if we will be getting an oral hearing. Kbc's responses so far prove how corrupt they are.

Warren35, well done and thanks for the update. Kbc are dragging their heels but hopefully we will hear news soon.

They sent all the other documents just the audio of the calls that we're waiting on, well one that can be opened.
