You should talk to a solicitor about the option of A rejecting anything left to her to see then does this amount go to the children which would mean they would get the max amount available to them.
Agree with Bronte I got the forms and it wasnt to hard to complete, a lot of great advice on here from queries i had. Get the forms as they will give you a good idea of what is needed.

Thanks for the reply I was going to send them a cheque for 200 with a letter explaining i should have claimed 3000 not 4000 and the extra amount I received was 20% of 1000 so i owe them 200.
Hopefully as it was a mistake and was only a week ago there will be no penalties.

I claimed €4,000 med 1 expenses back when I should have only claimed €3,000. I have recieved €800 tax back when I should only be entitled to €600 for last year.
Should I just send them a cheque for €200?
