Perhaps one of the tenants is an admirer and changed their name to the OP's by deed poll. I hope OP doesn't own any rabbits ...

Do not invest! Bond purporting to offer 18% annual yield with no risk. Can regulator block advertising of this?

You might very well think that ... It does sound similar No one can guarantee this sort of income without risking capital. There’s always a catch. Ignore the headline rate and the friendly representative. If a relative told you they were considering an investment opportunity with the...

N26 Launch Savings Account Paying 2.80% to 4.00% less fees

N26 pay interest monthly. They don't deduct DIRT, so you are responsible for including it in your tax return.

N26 Launch Savings Account Paying 2.80% to 4.00% less fees

Note that the N26 Instant Savings account must be opened from within the Finances area, which only appears to be available on the N26 mobile app. You can create a 'space' for savings on the website (or app) and even assign it an IBAN, but it won't get the attractive interest rate. Those who...

About to put €200k into a Zurich pension - is this fund mix 'OK'?

Also, have you considered tax treatment? What do you mean by a "back payment"? are you making the contribution from personal funds (net of tax, but way over the annual thresholds for tax relief) or from company funds?

Do not invest! Bond purporting to offer 18% annual yield with no risk. Can regulator block advertising of this?

Hmm, I don't know if this changes the regulatory picture: Whereas my naïve impression was that its sole purpose is to funnel money to its ultimate destination, via another sunny jurisdiction where this fund appears to be "regulated".

Do not invest! Bond purporting to offer 18% annual yield with no risk. Can regulator block advertising of this?

The UK FCA posted a warning about what appears to be the same firm in 2016 (last updated 2021 according to web.archive.org), but it's since been taken down. I can't see anything on our Central Bank site.

Do not invest! Bond purporting to offer 18% annual yield with no risk. Can regulator block advertising of this?

They don't claim to be Irish, but list three Irish entities as peripherally involved, one of which appears to be an established Irish law firm specializing in financial services. I think this is a deliberate attempt to lend bona fides to the operation. The actual geographical base of operations...

Do not invest! Bond purporting to offer 18% annual yield with no risk. Can regulator block advertising of this?

I have a suspicion that the principals have run similar structures before under other names, targeting investors in specific countries using entities in those countries to lend an air of respectability.

Do not invest! Bond purporting to offer 18% annual yield with no risk. Can regulator block advertising of this?

‘Sorry you lost the money’: Couple loses thousands of euro of wedding savings in Revolut ‘ordeal’

There should be some dynamic approval by the cardholder using a separate contact channel. But it's possible that this could be intercepted, e.g. by malware on phone or PC. The link I posted above claims precent for this, specifically targeting Revolut because of the limited channels used and the...
