I would just ignore it, another scam.

Almost certainly a scam as Movies BoxHD is an Android product.

As well as the fact that the charge is in sterling (unless you operate a UK iTunes account) AND also the fact that Apple don't willingly offer refunds on app purchases. Scam.

What was the email address it came from?

Definitely a scam, have gotten emails like this several times and always report it as a 'phishing scam'. Do this if you can, block sender etc and do not click on any links or open any attachments.
